This is a type of dessert that originated from Makassar indonesia. Its kind of like bananas covered with pandan, and do you see that pink syrup? That’s basically condensed milk. As for those white things……well…..I have no idea as well. Wat i do know is that it goes so well with the dessert. Es pisang ijo can be found almost everywhere in makassar. If you’re craving for something sweet and cold…..Es pisang ijo is the one for you!
